Important communication - product recall

During safety checks, carried out on a sample basis on some product codes of theswimming pool slipperscategory, subject to imports in the year 2022, the presence of a component exceeding the amount permitted by current legislation was found (EC Regulation No. 1907/2006 ).
As a result of the above, these products are no longer available on the market.

Since compliance with European regulations is a priority for the Basic group, the Company, as a precaution, has voluntarily decided to recall from the market the items bearing the product codes indicated below, referring to lots from previous years, despite not having received no reports of accidents or particular problems.

Anyone who has purchased an item with one of the codes indicated above on our e-commerce site, is invited to contact our customer service at customer@kappa.comto proceed with the return and the consequent refund of the value spent for the purchase of the item.
Anyone who has purchased an item with one of the codes indicated above at a RobediKappa monobrand store, is invited to contact the store where they purchased the product to proceed with the return and the consequent refund of the value spent for the purchase of the item.
