The jacket is beautiful. The speed at which it arrived from Italy was amazing. Their AI customer Service is really unique and almost instantaneous. The only problem I had was my original order was discounted 15% and when I had to return and reorder due to sizing I was only given 10% using the same code and l when brought to their attention they did nothing about it. I wanted the jacket, so it was on me.
